First of all, I think people need to understand what FinOps organization's vision is. Pleasure to doing this fireside chat with you. Maybe you could tell everybody a little bit more about the survey and who took it. And kind of set things up last year, there was about 44 questions and then this year in the report, they had about 65 and over 1000 people answered this survey to give them the results. There's some interesting trends emerging and it's really starting to show those and Venky, I know you've been involved with this for a little while so I want to get your take on it. We're in the second year of it and reading through it, there's quite a bit of information on here and I think it really relates to what our customers and prospective customers are looking for.
